Medium Dry White Sparkling Wine The sparkling wine is a blend made from Chardonnay, Pinot, Sauvignon, Aligoté, and Rkatsiteli varieties, all of them providing it with distinct features, the wine defining its personality in a very singular manner.
It has a clear color of straw yellow, and a pure bouquet enriched with subtle aromas of sunflower, complemented with a delicate, perfectly balanced, and fresh taste with notes of honey, linden, and acacia.  The full, balanced, and extractive flavor is characterized by a remarkable smoothness.
Serving best at  6 ° - 8 °C  with Cheeses, chocolate muffins, and crème brûlée
